Really appreciated the last week of October off. Thank you to all my Subscribers for pressing pause alongside me. Had a wonderful time as always in Dubai- catching up with close friends and getting a boost of Vitamin Sea! Recharged for the rest of the Term and ready to give the best of myself to my clients again😍

Reformer Training Update

Two more series to complete before my first practical exam with HFE. Here are a few exercises from the ‘Kneeling Series’. I enjoyed Mermaid on the Reformer- really felt that little extra for Lateral Flexion!

APP Update

I have added a Balance exercise section to the APP. Subscribers have full access to the APP that can be linked to via my Website. Please get in touch for Password if needed. It was great to see traffic numbers for last week when I was away! Makes the filming worth it! Thank you x

As part of my daily ritual I like to do a Sleep Meditation. Over the years I’ve dipped into the variety out there on YouTube and so on. This one is particularly good and has worked a treat on me- so thought I’d pass on. Each episode starts with a catch up with Karissa. Really engaging voice which helps take you away from your own thoughts and prepares you for wind down before the meditation.

A big thank you to one of my Abingdon ladies who brought this episode from BBC Sounds by Michael Mosley to my attention! A great bite size ‘AD’ for the benefits of Pilates. He talks about how:-

The new system of emailing when you wish to switch classes is working well and thank you for helping me with this after my recent request. I will always do my best to accommodate Subscribers and if a place isn’t available on your chosen day -will endeavour to put you top of the Reserve List for future weeks. Just a reminder that you will need to bring your own mat and ball/band to these sessions.

New Thursday Class in January

The All Saints Youth & Community Class in Didcot will be changing to an hour in January and will run from 5-6pm. Will be generating new contracts for current Subscribers shortly and will be on the system to book for PAY AS YOU GO clients by end of November. Please drop me a line if you want to reserve a space.

End of Term Social

Thank you for all your Menu choices and now in the hands of Miller & Carter! If individual balances could be paid by November 23rd that would be great- excited for December 8th!

Subscriptions for 2024

All classes are pretty much fully booked up until the end of the December Term. Receiving lots of interest for the New Year and will need to open up the Booking System within the next few weeks for the next Term. I will book all current Subscribers into the system unless I hear otherwise.
