Mix and match between Classic Mat Pilates and working on the Reformer, alongside the use of Pilates small props and Barre. A little taster of all that Pilates has to offer. Each sequence has been developed to work as a stand alone short session (8-12 minutes). If wanting a longer exercise session you can combine sequences to cover the whole body by weaving in and out of the various featured categories. For those new to this form of exercise I have included a Terminology ‘go to section’ for explanations on some of the key terms heard within a Pilates Class.
