Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that utilises a specialised piece of equipment known as a Pilates reformer. Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.

The Pilates reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat platform called the carriage, which moves back and forth on wheels within the frame. It is equipped with various resistance mechanisms such as springs, straps, and pulleys. The springs provide resistance as the practitioner pushes or pulls the carriage, creating a challenging and dynamic workout.

Reformer Pilates exercises target specific muscle groups, emphasizing core strength, stability, and overall body conditioning. The versatility of the reformer allows for a wide range of exercises, accommodating individuals of different fitness levels and abilities.

Reformer Pilates is a great for rehabilitation, general fitness, and overall well-being.
