December has been full on and been a joy with you all! Our end of Term Socials (Miller & Carter in Didcot and Flowing Well in Abingdon) were such fun and it’s awesome that we all just click! Thank you so much for joining me to celebrate another year of Mypilatesflow. Hope to organise the next one after Easter next year!

Good News to Share

This last weekend I did my final practical teaching exams in Hertfordshire with (HFE). Delighted to say I passed and am now a fully qualified Level 3 Reformer teacher! It’s been a tough 6 months getting to grips with a different way of working on this amazing bit of kit but well worth the grind! A massive thank you to those clients that gave their time to help me prepare. Comments were positive from all about the experience of exercising on the rack- ha ha!!

The plan over the next few weeks is to offer 121 sessions in my home studio starting January. Lots of work to do in the mean time creating a Beginner Package and Website Design for marketing! Watch this space…

New Beginner Course starting in January!

I know the majority of you that sign up to this Blog are obviously not Beginners- solid Intermediate/advanced! Posting though - as for the first time I’m offering ‘gift certificate vouchers’ for Xmas. If you would like to purchase one for a loved one/friend then please do get in touch as securing a place will need to go via myself rather than through the Booking System. I am assuming the element of surprise is needed!

The course starts on 11th January for 6 weeks and is going to be at a fantastic venue: Willow Brook Leisure Centre in Didcot from 7-7:45pm. If all goes well after the course and numbers are there, the class will extend to an hour and will go to general level and be open to all… Booking is available as of today via my website: Beginner Course

Subscriptions

Just to keep you all in the loop- Subscriptions will go on pause after 21st December and resume as of January 9th 2024. Those that are switching classes will have current Subscriptions cancelled and new ones will take their place in the New Year.

Last Week of Term

This week is the last of our current Term and I look forward to seeing you all before the Christmas break. Thank you once again for supporting my small Business and for making my job so enjoyable.
