What a week!
Fantastic to see you all again and welcome new clients and returners too! Great work by all 6 Public classes- muscle memory did not let you guys down! We picked up where we left off with ‘lesson 2’ out of our cycle of 6 lessons. Good stamina was seen in execution of the ‘Hundred’ and ‘Criss Cross’- I hope your core is feeling it- ha ha!
Delighted to be now fully booked for January and most of Feb/March. Many of you, this week, have been asking about whether there will be a half term break. My plan is to work through to March 17th and re start on March 28th- out of sync with the School holidays. Subscribers will have subscriptions paused during this time. Easter dates don’t coincide with my current timetable.
New Headrest Design is ready!
My latest design is based on the beautiful Hydrangeas I had in my garden last Summer. I have abstracted the images from photographs taken and over laid the ‘Pilates leg pull’ as a motif to give it my signature look. Please visit my store to see more of my work. All produced by ‘Bags of Love’.
I have 4 left at £12- drop me a line if you’d like to reserve one for next week? The foam insert is 3cm, being the perfect height for optimum head/neck alignment. These are perfect for pressure points/knees, hips and great for ‘side series’ work- wouldn’t be without mine!
For those that know me well, you know I’m crazy for a good Podcast! Every other week on my way to Surrey/Sussex to visit family I like nothing better than to indulge in catching up on my audio listening. Always like to pass on good ones- so for those that are interested- tune in to Simon Sinek’s ‘A Bit of Optimism’. This episode with Dr Mark Hyman is definitely worth a go! The discussion homes in on ‘food being the best medicine’.
And finally - would like to put forward a date for the diary for our Easter Social - proposing we go for Friday Evening 14th April. Three course meal excluding drinks £30. Please drop me a line if you’d like to be included in this get together.
