A Big Thank you!
Mid January and now fully back into the swing of things with you all and couldn’t be more happy! The end of my working week with Public Classes ended on a high by receiving two testimonials from clients- soon to be added to the relevant page on my website. A Big Thank you to both Pam and Stuart for making my week! It always gives me such a buzz to know that Pilates is working so well for so many! It really is a workout for both the body and mind. In this current climate, gives us all a chance to step away from the every day pressures of life and just relax and go within for an hour…
Easter Social
Deposits (£10) are now being collected for the Milton Hill House Hotel meal on 14th April- thank you to everyone for being so organised with this. Should be a great night!
Food for Thought
For some this time of year can be challenging with the lack of light. Motivation to get outdoors unless you have a dog- can be hard. Whilst cleaning the bathroom this week I enjoyed a great episode on Happy Place all about ‘walking’. I had not heard of the inspirational lady up until now but am now tempted to read her books. In this chat with Fearne, Raynor talks about turning anger into positivity, the physically healing benefits of walking, and why we should leave space for the ‘magic’ or unexpected to happen in life.
