The Next Adventure!
I’m super excited to have now launched Go With The Flow Retreats! The uptake in the first week has been fantastic with 6 of the 8 spaces now booked. I can’t wait until March 2025 to realise this dream and will be doing a dry run with my bestie in May! Look forward to sharing with you video footage of what to expect next month! New Exercises in Class
Introduced these exercises last week in class and as promised here is the video recap for those that want a reminder for home work. First one- arm crosses is fantastic to open the chest and promotes alignment evenly. High kneeling twist adds that little extra for balance as well as opening out of the hips. The third one is kneeling back bend- probably the most challenging on the quads!
