Jumping for Joy!

This week has started off brilliantly! Finally I can announce that my App is now available on both Apple and Android platforms to download for free. If you want to download it to use in between our sessions together then click below to install on your phone/tablets!

Now all the red tape has been got through - I can enjoy creating more content for you all. No more time spent jumping through hoops- thank goodness!

New logo for the new branch of the Business- ‘Go With The Flow Retreats’. There are 3 more spaces left for my first retreat at the Royal William Yard- Plymouth - next March 2025.
