Absolutely love the 5 minute morning routine idea. Start with the 345 breath work, followed by Movement and then complete with positive affirmations to set the scene for the day ahead!

I’ll be starting this tomorrow- before picking up my phone- ha ha! I’d suggest from a Pilates perspective the Movement be: head turns to ease neck flexors, rotator cuff exercise to mobilise the shoulder girdle, ending with the good old ‘roll down’
