Positive Mindset
I don’t know about you but I always find come October I need to do a self check into my mindset. September is always a great month I find, with the Seasons changing it’s - a natural reset after the Summer break. Then come October the reality of the day light shortening and the Winter wardrobe fast approaching- my drive kind of gets stuck in first gear!
More and more these days I am attempting to fuel my mind with Positive information and rarely listen to mainstream TV/Radio- opting for the array of Podcasts out there instead. What I share within my Posts might not be to everyone’s taste but just in case it ignites something of use - I’ll continue to pass forward. This Speaker Dr Joe Dispenza has been an inspiration to me for many years and I really enjoyed this interview in the link below- could be your perfect ‘cleaning of the bathroom companion’!
Dr. Joe Dispenza joins Jay Shetty to talk about how our thoughts and emotions can affect our physical body, the unconscious process of making your feelings become the means of thinking, and reaching an awareness of the possibilities you haven’t thought before. Dr Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Doctor of Chiropractic. His post graduate training includes the fields of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) measurements, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, and brain/heart coherence.

Thank you for your Deposits!
I am delighted that so many of you have signed up for the end of Term Social at Miller & Carter Steakhouse in Didcot! Really appreciate the ease of collecting the deposits for the Restaurant by the 22nd September. Pre Selection Menu has been emailed out to you all. If choices can be pinged my way by 31st October that would be great! Many thanks
Reformer Footwork Series
A little snippet of my training. Examination in November/December- so not long to go! The added resistance provided by the weighted springs really provides that something extra! These exercises help to strengthen: Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Gluteals, Ankles, feet and Adductors.
Some footwork exercises for home
Footwork without the Reformer can be just as challenging- here is a little recap of exercises that can be done in the comfort of your own home. Just 5 minutes a day will make all the difference! Start the day before even getting dressed- waking up your feet! Help strengthen your toes, arches, ankles and calves with these mini routines…
Thursday Express Class- Update
As of January- I know a little while off! The class at All Saints Youth and Community Hall will be changing to a full hour. It will run from 5-6pm. I have been waiting for 3 years for the gap to arise, where this class can be extended! Thanks to Kay (local Yoga teacher) who will be running her class a little later in the New Year.
If you are interested in this revised session and would like to go on the Waiting List then please drop me a line.
