My ‘At Home’ page for Zoom Clients is now up and running. This page requires a password to access. All online participants will receive access to this part of the website. There are example video sessions for Posture/Set Up/ Warm Up and Closing Phase. As the Thursday evening session is an Express one, clients will need to warm up prior to the main phase.
To really feel the benefits of Pilates it is recommended you do the exercises regularly to embed into muscle memory. Why not think about adding Zoom to your weekly routine?
This session incorporates Classic Mat with the use of small pilates props. Over a four week cycle we work with: bands/mini ball and the foam roller.
Class sizes are small (max of 8) allowing for careful observation and corrections if needed.
