I hope everyone has had a fabulous Christmas and is enjoying day 1 of our New Year!
Public Classes resume on 9th January so a little while yet to go- please find below a short warm up sequence that might be fun to do, to help get things moving! We will be working with some of these exercises at the start of our classes this Term. Need to credit ‘Pilates Anytime’ for these ideas!

(Note for Subscribers- currently you are all booked in to the end of March on the system. The booking system will be updated over the official UK Easter break. Those wishing to continue into the Summer Term will have the first two weeks in April included in membership at this time.)
New Beginner Course
I have 8 spaces left for my 6 week Beginner Course at Willow Brook Leisure Centre in Didcot starting on January 11th. Each class is 45 minutes long. We will focus on understanding body alignment, the use of lateral breath to engage the core- through an introduction to Joseph Pilates Classic Mat exercises.

I currently have one day time space available this month on a Tuesday from 11:15 am - midday. These sessions are based in my Steventon Home Studio. Thank you to all my lovely regular 121 clients for your January bookings- excited to welcome you back on 9th January! Reformer Pilates Update
I’m currently preparing a new ‘Beginner Reformer package programme’ that I intend to offer on a Monday from mid January. Thank you to those who responded to a previous Post, showing interest! Once completed (fingers crossed by the end of this week)- I’ll offer to current members before advertising- I’m extremely excited to be able to share my enthusiasm for this wonderful piece of equipment! I’m sure you’ll love it!
APP Update
The App will be off line for maintenance updates over the next week.
Finally completed the 5 rounds of deep clean! All mats and equipment packs ready for action! Just to note that Subscribers will have the same equipment bag (remember your colour for when things don’t run to plan! Fleet meadow class will know what I mean-ha ha!)
You may or may not have exactly the same band, ball and so on after re stocking but all are fresh for individual use as always!
