Forest Bathing

A wonderfully relaxing few days in the New Forest- managed to dodge the rain. We stayed right in the centre of the Blackwater wood region in a fantastic hotel - highly recommend for a special treat! Rhinefield House Hotel

Energised and raring to go today- with ‘Mini Ball Class’ in Steventon Studio and 1-2-1 sessions!

Booking System
