What a wonderful evening celebrating the end of the Year with my lovely clients! So nice to share the night with members from all classes in Didcot- we all have the same love of Pilates in common and equally enjoy time together chatting about other stuff too! Always over way too quick in my opinion- the next Social will be organised around Easter time- venue suggestions welcome!

Rounding up the Year…

I do love a self target-lol! I like to look back over each year and kind of do my own Performance Management- forever within that Education mindset from my many years in the classroom!

Feeling content with the progress and development of Mypilatesflow this year- I couldn’t have worked any harder on moving forward with the Business and I’m really starting to see this effort pay off!

Looking back at 2024 - I have ensured my professional development in my field of Pilates by:

Passing my Level 3 Reformer Pilates certification with HFE and setting up 121 sessions in my home studio.
Creating my own APP and getting it published on both APPLE and ANDROID platforms.
Upskilling on new Joseph Pilates Apparatus (Wunda Chair/Ladder Barrel and Pedapull.
Adding a new branch to the Business - Go With The Flow Retreats to launch end of March 2025

Excited now for the next chapter! Delighted by the interest shown in my brand new Circuit Training Classes and have two small group classes launching on a Monday evening (7:30-8:30pm) and Thursday morning (9:30-10:30am) in the Steventon Studio starting in January.

Looking forward to a couple of weeks of switch off time from teaching to recharge the batteries!
