Last Post of the year for me as Mypilatesflow term draws to a close. Wanted to share this lovely photo taken by the staff at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel of our wonderful ‘Festive Tea’! I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon (last Friday) and found it so relaxing spending time with those clients that were able to make this daytime event. A great spread! Promise next Social will be an evening one so more of you can attend.

I’m delighted that today the last two places for the Thursday Express Class were booked- January is looking very positive across the board for all sessions.

This morning I visited Sunningwell Village Hall, which will replace Shippon Village Hall on a Thursday. A lovely warm, roomy venue which will hold another two extra mats! These will be added to the booking system for January as ‘Pay As You Go’ classes.
