Padstow or should I say Padstein!

Just returned from a long weekend in Cornwall- celebrating our 10th Anniversary! Can’t believe where those years have gone and so much has changed within that time. A wonderful few days of reflection, rejuvenation and fun!

We stayed at The Seafood Restaurant Hotel - one of Rick Stein’s many properties in Padstow. It was our second visit and did not disappoint on return. Highly recommend for a special treat- beautiful decor and surroundings and the food is out of this world! Need to fast over the next week for sure- ha ha!

Took in St Ives - the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum whilst there too. So much creativity for the soul. Feel a need to start painting again!

Ready now to wear my Pilates hat and start moving with you all in classes- get ready for ‘flow balance’ this week…
