End of Summer Term

At the end of this week all Subscriptions will be paused to resume in the first week of September.

Next week the revised timetable for the Steventon Studio will kick in. 5 small group classes will take place over four weeks on Tuesday/Wednesday. These are fully booked -but on the off chance that this alters please drop me a line following the link below if you’d like to join.

My Balanced Body Studio Reformer is now up and in situ! Looking forward to getting to grips with this fantastic piece of kit over the coming months.

My online learning is going well - currently studying 4th module out of 7 with practical training in November/December. Will be a while yet before offered as a Studio option but will be worth the wait- so much variety with the added Tower!

Keep Going with the App!

I look at the stats each week and am happy to see that 50% of clients are using it on a regular basis. I hope to add more content over August, taking into consideration the comments and feed back received by you all- thank you!

Hopefully this online programme can fill the gap over the Summer for those I’m not seeing. If you need a reminder of the Password then please drop me a line. Here is the link to the App:

End of Term Social

Thank you to all those that joined me at the Dil Raj in Abingdon last Friday night! We had a giggle and great food too! Forgot to take a group photo- really unlike me! The next Social with be the Christmas one - details to follow in the Autumn Term.

New Headrest Design

Haven’t been creative for a while but was inspired by my wonderful birthday bouquet from my Husband. The next fabric design is based on these beautiful pale pink roses! If you’d like to reserve one for September (£12) then please drop me a line using the link below.

Pilates Headrests are perfect for:

  • correct head/neck alignment

  • Pressure points- knees/hips

  • Side Series work

  • Elevation to help with hamstrings

This will be my last Post until the end of August- having a complete digital detox session on all platforms! So- I’ll leave you with one more item, which may be of interest to those on my wave length…

These days I am super selective about what I spend my time watching or listening to. One of my favourite Podcasts is Jay Shetty’s - ‘On Purpose’. I like food for thought and found this episode from the beginning of this month really interesting so passing forward!

In this interview Zach Bush, talks to Jay about:

  • The complex connection between humanity and the natural world

  • How nutrition sciences can significantly help prevent diseases

  • The Earth’s biodiversity and our role in the ecosystem

  • The wonders of organic farming and good quality soil

  • How our body stores water and function with it

I hope you enjoy! Wishing you all a lovely relaxing August and look forward to seeing you again in September xx
