New Goals

First day back to work and feeling the buzz! So great to see your lovely faces again! Fantastic to see muscle memory working for all and everyone pushing today!

Always love a new month and especially a new Term! A time to goal set and get motivated. For those that know me- my archilles heel is Cardio exercise. Give me Pilates 24/7 but take me on a run and I’m off-ha ha! But we all know the importance of elevating that heart rate and getting a tad sweaty is a necessary evil- to truly be healthy from all angles…

So I’m now on my second week of treadmill and bike and have to say quite enjoying it. Taking the advice I give clients- start small and achievable. Twenty minutes of each a day. Here’s the proof:
