I provide 121 Reformer and Classic Mat Pilates sessions.

Trio sessions for Pilates Circuit Training using Reformer, Wunda Chair and Ladder/Barrel.

Group Public Classes take place in Didcot throughout the week. Full timetable and booking can be found on my ‘Classes’ page.

All my Subscribers have exclusive access to my APP to use at home in between their sessions with me.
